Foods we eat surface in the way our skin looks. If skin is rough and scaly, your body is trying to tell you your diet needs a nutrition boost. Eating properly will help to reduce aging effects by way of consuming foods high in protein and collagen that provide elasticity. Protecting your largest organ is imperative as it is exposed and subjected to harsh environmental conditions responsible for skin damage.
Try to incorporate the following foods in your daily diet, and you will see dramatic improvements almost immediately:

They replenish your skin allowing the antioxidants to turn over damaged cells into new healthy skin cells that combat dry skin and wrinkles. Fruits and vegetables are loaded with antioxidants and vitamins that nourish and hydrate your skin, giving your face a rested and healthful appearance.
· Vitamin A: Green veggies are also key factors that will rejuvenate your outer self glow. Spinach and broccoli are ‘go to’ veggies which are nutrient rich greens in which aids in proper cell growth. Insufficient amounts of vitamin A will cause rough dry skin.
· Vitamin C: Any type of citrus fruit will help fight wrinkles. Oranges, grape fruit, lemons are just a few of the Vitamin C rich fruits that promote the growth of collagen, which keep your skin firm. Daily servings are the natural and cheaper alternative to botox.

However Green Tea contains a more intense combination of ingredients that help to soothe stress hormones. I’m sure everyone has heard a time or two, ‘You look so stressed, are you ok?’ With that said, stress is visible on the outside even though you are struggling internally. Green tea contains an amino acid that tends to calm you down. This acid reduces the effects stress has on the outside. It’s important to have a couple cups per day to get rid of the redness and acne for good. It also provides that added benefit of preventing skin cancer or at least stunting rapid growth of cancerous cells.
· Fish: Salmon, shellfish, tuna and various fish contain high amounts of omegas 3’s, which are packed with nutrient that work wonders for your skin. This fatty acid is high in protein which gives your skin vitality. Omega-3s also prevent skin inflammation caused by various reasons, including sunburn. They also slow the aging process and allow your skin to look its best with high amounts.
Lastly, with all of the advice on what foods to consume for good skin health, remember there are various other factors to consider in achieving a beautiful outer glow. Additionally, don’t forget how valuable rest is to the human body. It is imperative to get good night sleeps as often as possible to allow your skin to rest and recharge. Since your skin’s glow is based on how well hydrated and lubricated your inner body stays, don’t forget to moisturize your skin constantly too.
