Drinking Water Promotes Weight Loss
Now who would have thought the magic ingredient to weight loss is staring you right in the face, water!
Water is the fundamental basis to life on Earth. While there is no shortage of this vital resource, it turns out to also be a major factor that contributes to losing weight for a plethora of reasons.
Drinking water alone will not help you altogether achieve your weight loss goal. Obviously substance is required to sustain good health. However, water is commonly the missing factor that stares you square in the eye that goes unrealized. This is not a revolutionary idea, but like many objects in plain sight, some need to be specifically pointed out in order to be recognized.
You are not alone if this little fact is unknown. Actually most people don’t realize that H2O is a major factor in weight loss. If so many people were aware of the importance of including water to your diet, then those last few pounds would have disappeared.
Human bodies are made up of about 70% water. The purpose of this fluid is to aid in the development and functions of the body by increasing metabolism, reducing appetites, triggering the use of stored fat, lubricating digestive system, and improving skin’s appearance.
Essentially, water is imperative to optimize function of your brain, muscles, bones, liver, kidneys, and most of all, blood. It promotes weight loss by hydrating your organs so that they can maximize productivity. This allows every organ to work independently, to metabolize as much fat as possible. For example, if your liver and kidneys are dehydrated, the will not perform at 100%. As a result, this prevents enough water from filtering through the body to metabolize or burn, the greatest amount of fat.
H2O is also very important to build muscles. Water is imperative to lubricate muscles and joints to ensure efficiency. Having parched muscles only restricts your body’s ability to burn calories. Through this process, it is then vital to flush out the accumulated toxins that are emitted in your body to maintain fresh fluids.
Liquids are also imperative to aid in your digestive system for elimination. All of this is connected to extracting waste effectively, which is imperative for weight loss.
Healthier and fuller skin is another direct result of water saturated bodies. Skin tightens and reduces the look of saggy loose skin. The epidermis glows when it is H2O satisfied which appears to make you look healthy and taught.
Drinking a large glass of water with each meal will also make your stomach feel full, which will cause you to eat less. It is recommended to drink eight, eight ounce glasses per day. Include them with each meal and in between meals.
Drink water and commit to staying hydrated. Your body needs time to adjust to the increased water intake. Initially, your body will expel the water almost as quick as you can consume it. This process flushes your system and replenishes it with fresh water your body will continuously expel from those hard to lose areas, provided it is constantly being refilled with the proper amounts.
If you increase water consumption to the recommended amounts, that pesky little belly pouch will start to fade away. Water is the forgotten magical ingredient that has a major impact on weight loss, so stay hydrated to stay healthy.
